Health & Wellbeing Fair Comes to Hedon This May
Local residents across Hedon and the surrounding villages are invited to come together for a Health & Wellbeing Fair, offering a welcoming space to explore support, services and opportunities to improve overall wellbeing.
Taking place on Saturday 9th May, 10am–2pm, the event will be held at Hedon Methodist Church & Community Hub, bringing a wide range of organisations under one roof.
What to Expect
This free, community-focused event is a great opportunity to connect with local services and find out what support is available in your area. Attendees will be able to:
- Meet local organisations and community groups
- Access information on NHS health services
- Learn about mental health support available locally
- Discover fitness and wellbeing groups
- Explore social care support and community services
- Get advice on healthy lifestyles
