Have you, someone you care for, or a patient you treat experienced stress, low mood, sleeplessness or anxiety? Perhaps you are living with another mental health, neurodevelopmental or behavioural condition?

BrainBITE is a new research project exploring how diet-focused support could better meet people’s needs. The project recognises that what we eat can play an important role in brain health and wants to understand what kinds of support people would find most useful.

The findings will help shape effective, practical diet support for people using NHS services in the future.

The research is being delivered by a partnership including Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust, Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust, the Waterloo Foundation, Think Through Nutrition, the Centre for Nutrition and Behaviour, and others.

If you are aged 14 or over, you can share your views by completing a short survey. It takes around 15 minutes, and your voice can help shape the future of care.

Please scan the QR code on the BrainBITE poster belo or follow the survey link provided to find out more and take part.
