Come along for an informal chat with our dementia advisers, pick up tips for good brain health, try light‑touch activities and enjoy tea, coffee and cake.

What to expect

• Meet the team: chat to our dementia advisers who work across East Riding, ask questions and get in‑person advice.
• Good brain health: clear information on ways to lower your risk of dementia.
• Activities with Linda: friendly, fun group activities led by our facilitator.
• Refreshments: tea, coffee and cake available.

Programme

• 1:30pm: Reminiscence talk about the East Riding.
• 2:00pm: Humberside Police PCSO – information on the Herbert Protocol.

• People worried about memory or living with dementia.
• Family, friends and unpaid carers.
• Anyone who wants to learn more about dementia support in East Riding.

Free to attend. No booking required – just drop in.
