VCSE

Have you had a baby in the last 10 years and experienced any mental health challenges between their birth and second birthday?

Do you enjoy being outdoors and spending time in nature?

If so, we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for five parents or carers (including fathers and grandparents) to take part in two friendly public involvement sessions to help shape exciting new research in our region.

What’s involved?

  • You’ll attend two sessions to share your views and experiences.
  • The first session will take place in person at Pearson Park, Hull (HU5 2GT) on Wednesday 20th August, 10:00am–12:00pm.
  • The second session will be held online at a time that suits you.
  • You’ll receive a £25 Love2Shop voucher for each session, along with travel expenses, coffee, and cake!
  • If you need to bring your child or children, that’s absolutely fine – this is an informal and welcoming space (please note, we are unable to provide childcare on the day).

Your voice matters. This is a chance to influence how research around green space and perinatal mental health is developed, ensuring it reflects real experiences and needs in the community.
