The Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel is hosting a free webinar exploring what safeguarding reviews tell us about adolescent suicide risk.

This is a sensitive and challenging subject, but an important opportunity for professionals, volunteers and organisations working with children and young people to strengthen their understanding of risk, earlier intervention and support.

Wednesday 16 September, 12.30pm–1.30pm
Online via Microsoft Teams

The session will be led by Panel Chair Sir David Holmes CBE, alongside Panel Members Dr Sarah Raistrick and Codrutza Oros-Marsh. It will explore learning from safeguarding reviews and how this learning can help practitioners identify opportunities for earlier support.

Book your place via Eventbrite

Joining instructions will be sent by email one week before the event.

The Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel has also published a range of online learning resources on adolescent suicide, which may be useful for those unable to attend or wishing to explore the subject further.

Please share this opportunity with colleagues and partner organisations who work with children, young people and families.
