VCSE

Neurospicy in Hull is offering weekly peer support for adults with ADHD and AuDHD, providing an informal, friendly and judgement-free space to connect with others with lived experience.

The group welcomes adults who are diagnosed, self-identified or currently awaiting an assessment, so you don't need to have a formal diagnosis to take part.

A friendly peer support space

Neurospicy in Hull is based around peer support and lived experience, giving people an opportunity to meet others who may have similar experiences, share tips and ideas, or simply spend time in a space where they feel understood.

The group makes clear that it isn't therapy and there is no pressure to share.

Instead, the sessions aim to provide a relaxed and judgement-free environment, with a focus on:

  • Peer support
  • Lived experience
  • Tips and practical hacks
  • Connection with other ADHD and AuDHD adults
  • A welcoming space without pressure to talk or share

When and where?

  • Every Tuesday
  • 6pm – 7.30pm
