This September, Humber Wellbeing Hubis bringing the community together for the Festival of Hope, a two-day event celebrating connection, wellbeing and the power of community.

Taking place on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September 2026, alongside World Suicide Prevention Day, the festival aims to raise awareness, reduce stigma surrounding suicide, and raise vital funds to support the work of Humber Wellbeing Services.

The organisers are now inviting local organisations, community groups, clubs and instructors to become part of this inspiring weekend by delivering taster sessions and activities for the public.

Whether you help people get active, learn new skills or improve their wellbeing, this is a fantastic opportunity to showcase what you do while supporting an important cause.

Activities Wanted
The organisers are looking for a wide range of activities, including:

  • Dance classes
  • Line dancing
  • Sports and physical activities
  • Fitness and exercise sessions
  • Wellbeing practitioners
  • Creative arts and community groups
  • Any activity that encourages people to connect, move, learn or improve their wellbeing
