VCSE

East Riding of Yorkshire Council is encouraging residents to take part in its latest Resident Engagement Survey, giving local people the opportunity to share their views on the issues that matter most to them.

As organisations working closely with communities across the East Riding, the VCSE sector plays a vital role in ensuring that local voices are heard. If you support residents, community groups or volunteers, please consider sharing this survey through your own networks, newsletters and social media channels.

The survey takes around five minutes to complete and will help the Council better understand the needs and priorities of local people. The findings will inform the development of the Council's Business Plan, support future service planning and complement existing census data to build a clearer picture of life across the East Riding.

We know that some voices are often underrepresented in consultations. If your organisation works with people who may face barriers to participating, your encouragement could make a real difference in helping ensure services reflect the needs of all communities.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey yourself and encourage the people you support to do the same.

Thank you for helping to ensure the voices of our communities are represented.
