Why this programme matters
For many small charities, leadership development can be just as valuable as funding. The GSK Community Health Programme recognises that building confident, skilled leaders helps organisations become more resilient, sustainable and better equipped to improve health outcomes in their communities.
If your organisation is working to reduce health inequalities, this programme offers an excellent opportunity to invest in both your organisation and its future leadership.
