VCSE

As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to shine a light on some of the brilliant organisations, services and resources supporting people’s mental health and wellbeing across Hull, East Riding and beyond.

Mental health affects all of us. For some people, support may mean having someone to talk to. For others, it may mean counselling, peer support, crisis help, bereavement support, youth services, practical advice, housing support, veterans’ support, or help finding the right service at the right time.

Across our communities, there are many charities, voluntary organisations, NHS services, council teams and partnership projects working hard to make sure people do not have to face things alone.

The list below is a strong starting point, rather than a complete directory. Local services can change, and some support is delivered through partnerships, so it is always worth checking directly with each organisation for the most up-to-date information.
