Through the Energy Ambassadors project, you will gain access to a range of practical tools and support, including:

A CPD-certified training course

Delivered over three 1.5 hour sessions, covering:

• Energy prices and tariffs
• Understanding energy use and appliance costs
• Practical ways to save energy at home
• Smart meters and energy efficiency
• Available grants, schemes and support for households

A comprehensive resource portal

Including information sheets, advice checklists and ready-to-use social media content to support your work in the community

Regular updates and ongoing support

• Monthly Energy Ambassadors newsletter
• Invitations to online update sessions throughout the year
• Direct contact for guidance on specific cases or challenges
