VCSE

VCSE organisations across the UK are invited to apply for the 7Stars Foundation’s second funding round of 2026, aimed at supporting children and young people aged 18 and under who are facing some of the most challenging circumstances.

The Foundation is seeking to fund work aligned to its core priority themes:

  • Abuse
  • Addiction
  • Child carers
  • Homelessness

Registered charities and organisations whose work directly supports vulnerable young people are encouraged to apply.

What Funding Is Available?

Social Impact Grants

  • Up to £5,000 per year, awarded over two years.
  • Designed for charities tackling significant social issues impacting young people.
  • Funding can support direct interventions as well as wider systemic or preventative work.
  • This round includes a specific emphasis on LGBTQ+ inclusion and support, and initiatives championing equality, safety, and empowerment for young LGBTQ+ people.
  • Eligible organisations must have an annual turnover below £1.5 million.

Individual Grants

  • Up to £500 per young person.
  • Available to safeguarding professionals (e.g., social workers, school outreach staff, lawyers) representing a young person in the care system, legal system, or other safeguarding contexts.
  • Intended to provide meaningful additional support where a young person needs a small but impactful intervention.

Who Should Apply?

This funding is suitable for VCSE organisations, small charities, outreach teams, and community groups delivering work that directly improves outcomes for children and young people experiencing disadvantage. The grants can support both frontline delivery and innovative approaches that address the broader social challenges young people face.
