Star Awards 2026 – Celebrating Those Who Make a Difference in Cottingham

Cottingham Parish Council is proud to launch its very first Star Awards, recognising the incredible individuals and groups who go above and beyond to make a positive difference in our community.

The awards aim to celebrate those who have made outstanding contributions through volunteering in Cottingham, shining a spotlight on the dedication, compassion and hard work that so often happens quietly behind the scenes

Who Can Be Nominated?

Nominations are open for individuals and groups whose voluntary efforts have had a meaningful impact on life in Cottingham. Whether it’s supporting local residents, organising community activities, or strengthening neighbourhood connections, this is an opportunity to recognise those who truly make a difference.

Key Dates

• Closing date for nominations: 16 March 2026 
• Awards presentation: Wednesday 15 April 2026 (as part of the Annual Parish Meeting)
