Women’s Wellness Drop-In: Wellbeing Support in Driffield 15th January 2026
Women across East Riding are invited to attend a Women’s Wellness drop-in session, offering a safe and welcoming space to access wellbeing support, advice, and guidance.
Taking place on Thursday 15 January 2026, this informal drop-in is designed to support women who may be experiencing challenges with their mental health, emotional wellbeing, or wider life pressures. No referral is needed, and women can attend at their own pace.
What is the Women’s Wellness Drop-In?
The session is delivered by the Health and Wellbeing Advisor and Connector Service, working alongside partners from Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust and Humber Recovery & Wellbeing College. The aim is simple: to make it easier for women to access support, have conversations about wellbeing, and connect with the right services for them.
Women attending can expect:
- A relaxed, supportive environment
- Opportunities to talk through wellbeing concerns
- Information about local support and services
- Guidance on next steps, if wanted
This is a drop-in session, meaning women can arrive at any point during the session time and stay for as long or as little as they feel comfortable.

Why This Matters
Women often juggle multiple responsibilities and may put their own wellbeing last. Accessible, community-based support like this drop-in helps reduce barriers, offering early support before issues escalate. It also provides a valuable opportunity for women to feel heard, supported, and connected.
Sharing With Your Community
VCSE organisations are encouraged to share this opportunity with women they support, particularly those who may benefit from gentle, informal wellbeing support. Small conversations can make a big difference. If you support women in the Driffield area, please help spread the word.
