7Stars Foundation Opens First Funding Round of 2026
The 7Stars Foundation has opened its first funding round for 2026. UK charities and organisations working with young people (18 and under) can now apply for support, with a focus on projects tackling abuse, addiction, child carers, and homelessness. A range of funding streams are available:
Project Grants
One-off grants of up to £5,000 for project-based work supporting young people within the priority themes.
Shine Bright Long-Term Grants
Two-year grants of up to £30,000 per year for innovative programmes that help future-proof young lives and address the root causes of disadvantage.
Child Poverty Grants
Two-year, unrestricted grants of up to £30,000 per year for bold, transformative ideas aimed at tackling child poverty and strengthening organisational capacity.
Social Impact Grants
Two-year grants of up to £5,000 per year for work addressing wider societal issues affecting young people.This round places particular focus on child exploitation and child mental health.
Individual Grants
Small grants of up to £500 available to safeguarding professionals (e.g., social workers, lawyers, school staff) advocating for a young person in care or the legal system who needs additional support.
Eligibility For Project, Shine Bright, and Social Impact Grants, organisations must have an annual turnover of under £1.5 million.
