Money worries and cost of living can impact upon health, wellbeing and recovery, and can stop people from getting the care they need.

Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust want to make sure the support they provide reflects the real needs and experiences of their patients, carers and community members.

Along with various engagement events, they are inviting patients, carers, and community members to complete this brief survey to:

• • share views and experiences of financial challenges linked to health and care.
• • help to identify practical solutions, that will make a difference for patients, carers and families.
