Who Can Apply?
The fund is open to larger debt advice organisations and membership bodies that support the free-to-client debt advice sector in England. Applicants can apply individually or as the lead in a consortium. Collaborative proposals are particularly encouraged where organisations work together to tackle shared challenges or test new models.
Eligible Projects
Funding is available for projects that drive innovation, discovery, or research to transform the way debt advice is delivered. Example activities include:
- Research into adviser or client needs
- Discovery or testing of new service delivery approaches
- Exploring shared infrastructure or partnership models
- Evidence gathering to inform future pilots or investment
Projects should focus on delivering practical, evidence-based outputs that contribute to the longer-term transformation of the sector, rather than business-as-usual activities or internal IT upgrades.
