Unlocking Local Potential — Health Stars Community Grants
Community and voluntary organisations across Hull and East Yorkshire are invited to apply for Community Mental Health & Wellbeing Grants from Health Stars, the charity of Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. The fund supports projects that improve adult mental health and wellbeing, reduce isolation, and build resilience in local communities.
What’s on offer?
- Grant range: typically from £250 to £5,000 per project.
- Who for: Community and voluntary groups working with adults in Hull & East Yorkshire.
- Focus: Activities that support mental health & emotional wellbeing, reduce loneliness, and strengthen community connections.
- Timing: Rolling applications (subject to funds remaining).
