InSpire Fitness is launching a new free weekly beginners exercise class for women, designed to help you move, stretch, and build confidence in a welcoming environment. Whether you're new to exercise or looking to get back into a routine, these sessions are a great place to start.
Every Tuesday, 9:30am – 10:15am
The Spire Centre, Church Street, Goole
Starting: Tuesday 4th November 2025
What to Expect
- A 40-minute beginner-friendly workout
- 5-minute cool down and Christian reflection
- Chance to enjoy tea and coffee together until 10:45am
Classes are designed to be inclusive, relaxed, and supportive — perfect for those taking their first steps into fitness.
