Digital Inclusion Survey 2025 — now live

We’ve launched the Digital Inclusion Survey 2025 to understand people’s real experiences with internet access, devices and digital skills. Being online is essential for work, healthcare, education and staying connected — but for many, barriers like cost, confidence and poor connectivity still get in the way.

The survey is short, simple and completely anonymous.
