Applications are now open for the thirteenth round of the Ofgem Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme, with a total pot of £40 million available across six funding streams for projects in England, Scotland and Wales.

What the scheme supports
Funding prioritises projects that help households struggling with energy costs, develop new energy-related products and services, and enable people to reduce their emissions. Community-led renewable energy and local engagement are also in scope.
Since 2018, the scheme has awarded more than £181 million to over 720 projects across Great Britain, funded by voluntary payments from companies that breached Ofgem-administered rules.

Eligibility
Applications are invited from charities and community energy organisations operating in England, Scotland and Wales. Projects should demonstrate clear benefits for consumers—particularly those most at risk—and, where relevant, contributions to the UK’s net-zero transition.
