LGBT+ Youth Advocacy Fund – Now Open for Applications

The Consortium of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Voluntary and Community Organisations, in partnership with the Henry Smith Foundation, is offering grants to support LGBT+ youth-focused organisations across the UK.

Grant Details

Organisations can apply for funding between £10,000 and £50,000 for projects that empower LGBT+ young people and strengthen the organisations that support them.

Key Aims of the Fund

• Better preparation for adulthood
• Improved resilience, aspirations, and opportunities
• Enhanced coordination and collaboration among agencies
• Skilled and competent support workforces
• Stronger, holistic, person-centred service delivery
• Improved organisational policies reflecting lived experiences of LGBT+ youth

Funding Priorities

Priority will be given to:

• Organisations based in historically underfunded regions (e.g., North-East, East, South-West of England, Devolved Nations)
• Projects working with intersectional LGBT+ communities
• Areas where LGBT+ provision is limited or absent

This is a key opportunity for grassroots and regional organisations to secure meaningful funding and amplify their impact.
