This scheme is available to individuals or families on a low income who meet the following criteria:

• Household income below £25,000
• No access to a suitable digital device at home
• Successful completion of an eligible adult learning course in digital skills

Priority will be given to:

• Families with school-aged children
• Older adults
• People with disabilities
• Care leavers over 18
