Hull Armed Forces Day – Save the Date!

Hull City Council is excited to announce the return of Armed Forces Day on 28th June 2025, following the success of last year’s event! This year’s celebrations will take place in the heart of Hull’s City Centre, bringing together local military groups, veterans, and community services to showcase the very best of our Armed Forces and public services.

What to Expect:

Military Displays: See exciting exhibitions from military organisations across the Yorkshire region, including 150 Regiment Hull.

Veterans Marquee: Meet local veterans, explore their organisations, and hear their stories. The marquee will offer a unique opportunity for the public to engage with veterans and active military personnel.

Blue Light Services & Cadet Groups: Interact with emergency services and cadet groups, who will have informative displays and activities to get involved in.

Children’s Zone: Keep the little ones entertained with free face painting, balloon modelling, and craft activities.

Live Music: Enjoy live performances from the 150 RLC Band, as well as local music acts throughout the day.

All attractions are FREE and open to everyone, with something for all ages to enjoy.
