Mapping Community Transport across Humber and North Yorkshire

The Humber & North Yorkshire VCSE Collaboration has appointed Jane Owen (Humber Wolds Rural Action), Jane Evison (East Yorkshire Community Transport) and Liz Lockey (Hambleton Community Action) to work on this project to map out the providers in the region.

The video highlights the importance of this vital service supporting so many of our most vulnerable people access health and care across the region.

The aim of the project is to create a database of Community Transport providers across the area with the aim to connect with these organisation as they provide vital services within their communities.
