Book on Bitesize Cervical Screening Awareness sessions now

Cervical cancer is the most preventable cancer and cervical screening can help identify changes in your cervix and the cells, before cervical cancer starts, yet almost one in three people with a cervix don’t take up their cervical screening invite.

To raise awareness of cervical screening, as part of the national cervical screening awareness week 19th to 25th June -  the Humber and North Yorkshire Cancer Alliance is providing you with the opportunity to know more or be reminded about:

• the signs and symptoms of cervical cancer,
• what cervical screening is, and how it is completed
• myths about cervical screening,
• ways to reduce risk of developing cancer

Anyone living or working in the Humber and North Yorkshire area can attend.
