New Digital Triage Tool - helping you get online, use the internet and improve your digital skills.

Do you or your service users need help to get online and don’t know where to start or do you just want to improve your digital skills?

The new East Riding Progress Online provides easy access to a local and national directory of digital help, support and training programmes. It identifies resources available based on answers to a set of 8 simple triage questions and shows you where the nearest location is to get the help needed using just a post code.

We'd encourage anyone supporting residents to use this tool  so that we can have a better idea of the digital help and support people need and where. The data captured will help to identify gaps where there is no support so that new services can be put in place to help people get online.
