Invitation to the Financial Inclusion Working Group's summer conference

The conference take place on conference takes place on Wednesday, 3 July at Beverley Leisure Centre and is aimed at anyone who serves the public directly and is concerned about financial matters for East Riding residents. 

The day consists of 5 presentations with various workshops and Q&A sessions flowing from those activities.

• This year's primary theme is financial education
• All those interested in contributing further to this, as well as learning more about our financial inclusion work should consider attending
• Membership of the group is always an open-door and anyone who wants to become part of the working group would benefit greatly from attending
• Those who would gain the most from the day are officers and external partners who are directly in contact with and helping our residents on a day-to-day basis
• Financial exclusion can affect anyone and is not confined to just the most vulnerable
• Anyone who serves the public directly and is concerned about financial matters for our customers would find the day a great opportunity to learn more about how they can help, as well as making valuable contacts within the financial inclusion and VCSE community
