Smile’s Community Development team is commissioned by East Riding of Yorkshire Council to support community groups and organisations across the county. 

The team run a FREE  1:1 service  offering practical support and advice on matters such as:

• Managing a charitable group; whether it’s setting up or an existing organisation

• Finding suitable grants, writing grant applications, and managing finances

• Recruiting, training and valuing volunteers

• Making links with likeminded groups
