Based – Hull

Term – For a fixed term until 31st December 2025

Salary scale: £28,610 pa pro rata

Trainee Salary: £27,111 pa pro rata, rising to £28,610 pa pro rata on successful completion of traineeship.

At Citizens Advice Hull and East Riding we have a short term opportunity available , will give you full training to enable you to work with clients via phone and webchat.

You will take the initiative, solve problems, and be a great team player. You will move people forward with the issues they face by empowering people to find solutions for the problems they are facing. You having a commitment to learn, to working hard and a willingness to make a difference to peoples lives are more important for this project than previous experience.


About the role

Our DWP-funded Help to Claim service supports people making a new Universal Credit claim. You will provide accurate information, assist with benefit calculations, and ensure a smooth, high-quality journey right through to their first correct payment.
