Digital Solutions & Data Integration Lead (ICT)
Hours – 37 hours
Based – Beverley, with regular travel to all CAHER office locations in Hull, Bridlington, and Goole.
Contract – For a fixed term until 31s October 2026.
Salary scale: £31,213 to £35,772 (based on experience)
The Digital Solutions & Data Integration Officer (ICT) will drive digital and ICT transformation, ensuring the organisation maximises its ICT Apps and systems and data-driven decision-making. This role is essential in optimising SharePoint, enhancing digital workflows, and integrating key platforms such as Casebook, Power BI, CRM, AI integration and other systems. The postholder will work with the ICT Lead and Business Operations Lead by embedding digital tools, streamlining processes, and delivering training to enhance adoption. They will develop automation, improve reporting, and enable staff to work more efficiently and collaboratively. By strengthening digital capability, this role will help the organisation extract maximum value from its technological investments and deliver smarter, data-led services and App usage maximisation.
