Jess Clark, Divine PR Limited's (picture above) recently completed the first cohort of the Smile Trust Academy. Here's what Jess had to say about her experience . “It’s incredibly important for charities to recruit trustees in a way that prepares them for their future roles, in terms of expectations and knowledge. The Trustee Academy is designed to equip volunteers with the relevant skills they require, empowering individuals to make decisions with confidence.”
