Applications now open for New To Leadership 2024

This investment of around £2,000 per participant is full funded by HEY Confident Futures. You must have the support of your organisation AND be a member of the Confident Futures network in order to participate.

The New To Leadership 2024 programme focuses on building successful leadership skills needed to be an effective leader, both at work and in society. It will bring together a diverse cohort of participants from not-for-profits, together with established not-for-profit leaders and inspirational speakers.

If you are new to leadership, or have a team member who is ready to blossom and would benefit from a 12-month immersive programme of development and support to feel more confident about who you are, how you connect with others and how you create change in your organisation and sector, apply now!

There are 12 places available and applications close on 8th November 2024 with applicants notified of the outcome by the end of November (following an informal 15-minute online interview with the HEYCF Programme Manager).
