New NHS approved self referral service from Versus Arthritis

This new service is offered to people suffer from osteoarthritis of the knee or hip, who are registered with a GP in the East Riding of Yorkshire.

Do you have or know someone who has osteoarthritis of the knee or hip?  Then read on free support available.

Versus Arthritis works with local NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups and healthcare professionals to offer Shared Decision-Making services for patients with osteoarthritis of the knee and/or hip. 

The services are free for you to attend and are run virtually. The services provided are:

• Telephone 1-2-1 support session (1 hour)

• Virtual video 1-2-1 session (up to 2 hours) 

• Virtual video group session – with up to 5 other people (up to 2 hours) 

How to refer

Online: If you live in the East Riding of Yorkshire CCG area, then you can self-refer yourself to our service using this link: Please complete and submit the form and Versus Arthritis will be in touch to book you into one of their services. 

By telephone: Calling  0300 790 0433 (phone lines are monitored Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm) 

Your GP or Physio can refer you for these services if you prefer using the contact details above.

Please note you will need to be registered with a GP surgery in East Riding of Yorkshire CCG to attend these services.
