VCSE

We're asking community and voluntary groups in the East Riding to complete this survey linked to understanding their digital capability and responses will help to shape ongoing support. We kindly ask you to take the time to complete the survey so your organisational voice is heard and can be acted upon.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council has secured some funding from the NHS Better Care Fund (BCF) to support voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations to become more digitally focussed.

Community and Voluntary Sector Digital Needs Survey

The purpose of this survey is to understand and support the improvement of digital maturity (an organisation’s digital capability)  within VCSE organisations across the East Riding.

It's being undertaken with the involvement of HEY Smile Foundation to identify a baseline level of digitalisation across the sector. Digitalisation is the use of digital technologies to change processes and projects—such as teaching employees and volunteers to use new software.

This will then build a Digital Maturity Ladder which will be used to support a small group of pilot organisations to improve their digital maturity by providing a ‘one stop shop’ of individualised signposting, support, and advice.
